When AI Pays, Who Writes It Down?

Language: Spanish. AI agents are already starting to move money for us: they contract services, pay subscriptions and execute machine-to-machine micropayments. The uncomfortable question is this: when the one paying is an agent, who keeps the record, who is accountable to the tax office, the regulator or the company itself, and what infrastructure needs to be in place for every transaction to be traceable and verifiable. This panel brings together the public administration, the ecosystem and the industry to discuss agent identity, transaction traceability, accounting and accountability in a world where machines are spending our money.
