Protecting investors without losing competitiveness: Europe's biggest challenge

Language: English. MiCA is now in force, but the real debate is only starting. Europe wants to protect retail investors and, at the same time, keep an industry that is quietly moving its operations, its talent and its capital to other jurisdictions.
